28 Park Lane Circle - BRIDLE PATH
There have been a lot of Bridle Path posts recently, but when I came across this listing yesterday, I had to post it.
Not because it's pretty amazing, and not because it is 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms on a massive 200 x 934.77 foot lot (not a typo!)....
But because this is the Bridle Path house that I posted last week for the condo at 832 Bay Street in the Bay Street Corridor!
It is the house of this garden that was done by Janet Rosenberg and Studios...
Though this house has been listed since at least October, I just saw it yesterday!
And holy crap!
There was a LOOOOOT, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot of money spent on the landscaping of this place.
Which is probably why they couldn't afford to put in a bathroom in the basement with the games and recreation areas. Or more comfortable chairs in the 'professional theatre'!
But with this backyard, I could overlook those things.
This is a pretty amazing house, both inside and out.
And for $15,800,000, it better be.
But even with crappy movie chairs...
I could live here.
I would just have to remove this skull stone...
