This is a 5+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 123.33 foot lot just north of Eglinton and west of Bathurst.
It's a neighbourhood where basically every other house is being renovated, or so it seems.
It's a mix of new builds, and old houses, and houses that were flipped like the one at 22 Hilltop that was apparently rented out before Christmas (though they are still trying to sell).
Though I don't love the outside of this house (I think if the garage and windows were black or dark grey I would be more into it, or maybe just the garage...), the inside is pretty good.
It's typical new build, but it is understated. It kind of reminds me of the interior of the house at 75 South Drive that sold for $6,000,000, but just smaller.

Kind of up there for the neighbourhood, but a good house nonetheless.
