AND IT WENT FOR - 705 Richmond Street West - NIAGARA

On Monday, I posted a row house at 712 Richmond Street West.  

It was a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house on a 15.92 x 97.50 foot lot across the street from this house.  It was listed at $949,000.

This house at 705 Richmond Street West is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 26 x 91 foot lot.

It was first listed in June for $1,650,000.  It's an interesting house with good space, but it is still only 3 bedrooms.

By July, it had dropped to $1,499,000.

I can't find it but I swear it sold around $1,450,000 sometime after that.

But I guess that deal didn't go through because this house was back on the market for $1,449,000 in November.

It was close to the end of December when I posted it, it basically had no back yard, and it was only 3 bedrooms.

It didn't sell and at the beginning of January there was another price drop that I missed to $1,379,000.

It just sold...

This is good news for 712 Richmond.
