PRICE DROP - 319 Arlington Avenue - HUMEWOOD
At the end of December, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 25 x 100.63 foot lot at 319 Arlington Avenue in Humewood that is currently undergoing 'a modernization'.
It used to look like this...
The asking price was $599,000.
Now, someone has bought it, is renovating it, but is waiting for a buyer to get them off the hook of the mortgage (at least give them a hefty deposit, or something like that as I am not really sure I know how this thing works), and in return, they will customize it.
But $1,149,800?
I would rather buy my own house, hire someone, and get it EXACTLY how I want it.
Not a project half way done that I am not totally into.
And though not everyone is into that, it is probably the reason why it hasn't sold.
The price has now been dropped...by a lot.
The new asking price is $999,800.
If that's for the finished product, not bad, but I would still rather just do it myself.
