PRICE DROP #4 - 177 Strathearn Road - CEDARVALE
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 30 x 89 foot lot in Cedarvale.
I posted it in November, but it has been listed for much longer.
From what I can gather, the first time it was listed was in August....for $1,499,900.
Ummmm....this is only 3 bathrooms on an 89 foot lot!
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in September to $1,479,000. Still no sale and by the time I posted it in November, the price was $1,399,000.
Well, it still hasn't sold.
And I am not sure if it was listed with an agent before or not, but it is now listed by owner with a 'MERE posting' on MLS.
