PRICE DROP - 18A Heathdale Road - HUMEWOOD

I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build on a 46 x 175 foot lot at 18A Heathdale Road in Humewood in October.

And though some time has passed, that lot still doesn't look any bigger than a maybe 35 foot lot to me.

I do not see 46 feet.

Regardless, if this house is your style, it is a good option.  It's large and airy, and it sits on a ravine lot.

But $2,998,000?

I thought it was more of a $2,599,000....maybe $2,650,000 house.

The price has just been dropped...

To $2,849,000.

Still too high.
