But even if you aren't into the colour scheme, you have admit there is a LOT of potential in this house.
A fair amount of work needs to be done, but with 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on a 16 x 100 foot lot, this could be a really good house.
Only problem is that it is a row house and there is no parking. And though it doesn't really matter because I think this place is getting a big reno to a single family house, this house seems to be a perhaps not legal duplex.

If the smaller semi/row house at 91 Fermanagh Avenue could sell for $675,180 in April 2013 only to get flipped and relisted in December to eventually sell again for $906,000...
I am not sure that being a row house, with what appears to be no parking (Fermanagh had a garage) can go over $1,000,000 once renovated, but it could definitely go close!
There is no reason this house can't sell for asking. Maybe closer to $759,000.
