AND IT WENT FOR - 139 Three Valleys Road - DONALDA

Last week, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 36 x 131 foot ravine lot at 139 Three Valleys Road in the Donalda neighbourhood in Don Mills.

It's a good, move-in ready house on a good street in a good neighbourhood.

I just didn't get the kitchen floors or the freezer location right in the middle of the dining area.  Or the office waiting room carpet in the living room.

When a reader first sent it in, my first reaction was that this was selling for $1,249,000.  Then I realized it was a semi.  And that the freezer was in the dining room.

But regardless of the quirks, this was a REALLY good house in a great neighbourhood.

It was listed at $788,800.

Ummm...

I thought this house would sell closer to...
