AND IT WENT FOR - 192 Major Street - HARBORD VILLAGE

In mid-February, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 13.83 x 120 foot lot at 192 Major Street in Harbord Village.

It was listed a day after the semi at 592 Palmerston Avenue in Palmerston, that was listed at $649,990, sold with 30 offers for $908,000.

This house was listed at $649,900.

But there was no WAY this was getting 30 offers.  Not even 10.

Looks like it didn't get any because the price was dropped a little over a week later to $599,900.

I thought it would see another drop to $549,900.

It didn't.  It sold...

For $620,000.

So, does that mean the front porch roof IS supposed to look like that?
