Two years!!!!

That is how long it has taken for this 2 bedroom, 3bathroom row house on a 13.12 x 18 foot lot at 22 Belmont in Yorkville to sell.

It was first listed in February 2012 for $1,250,000.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in March to $1,150,000.

By October, it still hadn't sold and the price was dropped to $1,095,000.

It never sold and was brought back on the market in August 2013 for $1,088,000.

I thought it was more of a $1,025,000, or even a $999,000 house.

AGAIN it didn't sell and the price was dropped in November to $995,000, for two week only pre-Christmas sale (wtf!?!).

Guess the pre-Christmas sale didn't work because the price was back up to $1,000,000 in mid-February.

But this time it finally sold....

For $985,999.
