PRICE DROP ? - 111 Glen Road - ROSEDALE

I'm confused.

This 5+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 68 x 109.17 foot lot at 111 Glen Road in North Rosedale has been listed since July 2012.

It's a large house that has had what looks like a recent reno, but the location isn't amazing (for the neighbourhood).

It was listed at $5,055,500.

I thought maybe mid $4s.

Maybe.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in November to $4,855,500.

Still not happening and the price was dropped in January to $4,755,000.

Then yesterday, I saw this...

Umm...

Can someone please explain to me why there are 2 listings for this house?

And why one has this house listed as a 5+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house and the other says it is 6+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms...

And....

Why there is a price difference of $555,501!?!?!?!?!?!?

I don't get it.
