A lot of feels a little box store reno or maybe just a little dated, but it is a good house.
It was listed at $1,099,000. Considering that the neighbour that needed a fair amount of work sold for just $89,000 less, my guess is they were looking for a bidding war.
And they got one.
Considering the proximity to Broadview, my guess is they were thinking close to $1,175,000.

Probably better.
