10 Baytree Crescent - SAINT ANDREW'S
If you liked the house in my last post at 77 Laurentide Drive in Donalda, but it wasn't fancy enough for you...
This is a good option.
It is a 3+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 162.7 x 300 foot lot at 10 Baytree Crescent just off of Bayview, north of York Mills.
It looks like they have replaced everything in this house...everything except for that staircase which I love!
This house is listed at $5,279,000.
And it has been listed for over a month.
So, though the house is pretty great, did they get rid of too much of the original? Is the location a little odd? Is it just too much for the house?
I think it is all of the above.
Not to mention that I am a little confused by the 300 foot lot when you can clearly see other houses just behind it....
