98 Gough Avenue - PLAYTER ESTATES

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 17 x 130 foot lot in Playter Estates.

It is a great house!

There is something about it that reminds me of the house that I posted yesterday at 85 Macpherson Avenue in Summerhill...

Which for some reason I underpriced initially in my post.

I think it might have had something to do with the fact that I found out yesterday that there is a city-wide Heineken shortage!!! It kind of put a damper on my day.

But don't worry...there are still a few of these available...

And I am definitely making one of these when mine is done...

But maybe with a different shade.

Back to the houses...

There are definitely similarities with the windows, but there is also something similar with the whole feel of the houses with the white walls, clean lines, and amazing third floor master suites with amazing rooftop decks..

This house is a lot smaller though. And it's a row house.

But, like 85 Macpherson, it's amazing.

And it has parking for 2 cars.

It's listed at $989,000.

There is no way this is sitting for long.

And even though it's a row house, it isn't huge, and there isn't a ton of storage in the kitchen, I think this is going to go way over.

I'm thinking closer to $1,250,000...maybe more!
