A little over a week ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20 x 127 foot lot at 36 Westminster Avenue.

It was a good house with some nice lamps.

It was listed at $849,999.

Sure, the bathroom wasn't perfect, but this was a good house with parking for 2 cars.

I thought it would sell for at least asking.  Maybe even $915,000.

It sold last week...
