SOLD - 200 Inglewood Drive - MOORE PARK

A couple of weeks ago, I posted a 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 37.5 x 139 foot lot at 187 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park.

It was a beautiful, move in ready house that could use a few fixes to make it a a true 5 bedroom.  And there wasn't much grass in the backyard.

But it was a great house.

It sold in 2 days for $2,250,000.

This house is located across the street.

It's a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 125 foot lot.  And though it is a good house, it is nowhere close to 187 Inglewood (at least it doesn't look like it from the pictures).  

And just like the house in my last post at 51 Welland around the corner, it doesn't really fit the direction this neighbourhood seems to be going with large new homes!

But it is a great lot and a great opportunity for a builder.

It was listed at $1,499,000.

Considering that it is a bigger lot than Welland, for a tear down, this seemed like a good price.  Perhaps a little low.

This house just sold...

For $#,###,###!!!

And word on the street is that it was NOT to a developer, but someone who is planning on renovating.

Makes the price of 187 Inglewood seem pretty good!
