I wouldn't say this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house just south of Bloor and West of Royal York is exactly huge, but it is a really great house.
I'm not crazy about the brown, and I feel like there must be a way to tone it down, but it doesn't bother me a lot.

This won't sit for long and will probably sell closer to $1,250,000.
Even if the only storage is in a creepy closet.
