Last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 28.33 x 82 foot lot at 14 Mackenzie Crescent in Beaconsfield Village.

There was no parking and it needed a LOT of work, but it was a good opportunity to get a detached house in this neighbourhood.

It was listed at $859,000.

I thought it would sell for $884,000...$950,000 if there were no structural issues.

This house just sold...
