AND IT WENT FOR - 48 Castle Frank Road - ROSEDALE

I first posted this house at 48 Castle Frank Road in South Rosedale in May 2012, but it had already been listed for several years.

It is a 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 50 x 147 foot lot.

When I posted it 2 years ago, the asking price was $3,495,000.

Given the comparables and that this house backs on to the DVP Bloor/Bayview offramp, I thought it was more of a $3,200,000 house.

It never sold and was relisted in March 2014 for $3,495,000.  I still thought it was a $3.2 house.

It just sold...
