PRICE DROP #2 - 50 Ardwold Gate - CASA LOMA
I first posted this 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom new build on a 69.98 x 109 foot lot at 50 Ardwold Gate in Casa Loma in January.
I like most of it though a lot of readers were not loving it.
There are things I definitely don't like such as that awful shower tile or ANY of the light fixtures. But overall, I think this is a good house.
It's just wasn't a $5,750,000 house!
I thought perhaps mid 4s (maybe high 4s) would make more sense.
The house never sold and the price was dropped in April to $5,495,000.
As it was probably almost $1 million overpriced, it didn't sell.
The price has been dropped again...
To $5,250,000.
