PRICE DROP - 6 Woodlee Road - BEACHES NORTH
I first posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 19 x 150 foot lot at 6 Woodlee Road in Beaches North in November 2013.
It isn't a huge house but it has parking, a garage, it's detached, there is a good yard, and it is finished.
But there isn't really anywhere to eat for more than a few people.
It was listed at $839,000. I thought it was a lot overpriced.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in January to $819,000. I thought it needed to go down to $739,000.
Again, it never sold and it was relisted a couple of weeks ago. The new price was $789,900. It didn't sell and the price has been dropped again...
To $749,900.
Only $10,900 more to go!
