I first posted this house at 41 Berryman Street in Yorkville in January 2012.
This is what it looked like...
It was a very dated house but, with the right renovation, this could be an amazing modern house.
The asking price was $2,750,000.
Though this house had a TON of potential, it was not an almost $3 million dollar house.
I thought perhaps $2,099,000 would be better because it was going to cost at least another $800,000 to redo.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in May to $1,975,000.
I am not sure what it did end up selling for but it was redone with an amazing modern reno.
It is now a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 116 foot lot in Yorkville with 3 parking spots.
And according to the listing video...
The master bedrooms 'is spread across 2 levels like a reclining goddess'!!!
If this is your style, you have to admit that this is a pretty incredible house.
The asking price is $3,999,900.
The price might be a little high... but I don't think this one is sitting for long.
