AND IT WENT FOR - 248 Clinton Street - PALMERSTON

Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20.08 x 126.58 foot lot at 248 Clinton Street.

The outside wasn't amazing, but the inside was bright and they did a great job staging with lots of IKEA furniture.

But it looked like a flip, and there did seem like there was a lot of thought put into that kitchen.  It was very underwhelming.  

The garage on the other hand was a great feature!

The house was listed at $985,000.

I thought if the crack in the back of the house wasn't an issue that this house could sell for $935,000.

Guess the crack wasn't an issue.

This house just sold...
