AND IT WENT FOR - 870 Manning Avenue - SEATON VILLAGE

Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 132 foot lot at 870 Manning Avenue in Seaton Village.  

It was in rough shape from what I could see, but not as bad as the house that had been listed 2 days early at 829 Manning Avenue.

That house was Guh-ross.

The house at 829 Manning was listed at $639,900.

This house was listed at $639,800.

So...it wasn't really a surprise that this house would sell first.  And it sold over asking!

My guess is this is going to be a whole new house in a year.
