PRICE DROP #3 - 1 Laurier Avenue - CABBAGETOWN
I first posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 15.83 x 74 foot lot at 1 Laurier Avenue in Cabbagetown in April.
It was first listed in February for $1,150,000. It didn't sell and the price was dropped in March to $1,100,000 which was the price when I posted it.
I thought it was more of a $985,000 house.

Finish Architect Of City Halls Daughter & The Previous Owner & It Was Updated Again By The Same Family After Bought By The Present Owner.
Still don't get what that is supposed to mean.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped last week to $1,025,000.
It has been dropped again.
The new asking price is $995,000.
