RELISTED - 64 Hilton Avenue - CASA LOMA

In December 2012, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 26.92 x 124.5 foot lot at 64 Hilton Avenue in Casa Loma.

It was on a good sized lot, but the corner house of a whole block of school.

And the house was kind of creepy.

It was listed at $724,900.  I thought it would be a tough sell at that price.

It sold a couple of weeks later for $680,000.

It's on the market again, and according to the listing....

Needs Extensive Interior Restoration Including A New Kitchen And Bath

So......NOTHING has been done to it.

The new asking price is $990,000.

A 46% increase.

Good luck with that.
