RELIST/SOLD - 101 Victor Avenue - RIVERDALE
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 20 x 110 foot lot at 101 Victor Avenue in Riverdale.
It may not look familiar, but I have posted it before...

Needless to say, I was not a fan. The inside wasn't much better. They had opened up the first floor but the layout was odd and the dining room was where the kitchen should have been and the kitchen was where a family room should have been.
Plus, there was that half wall in the 'living room'.
Not to mention that the quality didn't seem awesome. The tiles in the bathrooms weren't great and the windows had not been replaced.
Here was the price history...
Listed: November 2010 for $599,900
Listed: March 2011 for $839,000
Listed: November 2011 for $839,000
When I posted it, the price had been increased to $952,000.
So, it didn't sell in November so they increased. The price by $113,000!?!
I thought it should have been listed at $739,000.
It didn't sell and the price was was dropped in April to $829,900.
By that point, I thought it could be listed at $799,000, but $830,000 was too high.
Iam not sure if it ever sold, but someone realized that new windows, a new look on the front, and removing that 'wall' in the living room was a good idea...
And I agree, even if you can see the repairs on the floor...
