PRICE DROP #2 - 113 Willow Avenue - BEACHES
Last April, I posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 17.33 x 93.5 foot lot at 113 Willlow Avenue in the Beaches.
It wasn't big, but I really liked it (with that furniture).
It was listed at $469,000. It sold for $531,000.
Then in June of this year, it was relisted as a combined listing with the attached house at 111 Willow Avenue. The asking price was $1,299,000.
I thought it was a good opportunity though a bit pricey.
It never sold as a combined listing, but in July, 113 Willow was on the market alone
....for $559,000.
It never sold and it has had another price drop...
To $499,000.
Or $32,000 less than what it sold for a year ago. Woops.
Oh! And the combined listing still exists as well. And it too has had a drop...
To $1,149,000.
