RELIST/PRICE DROP - 50 Burton Road - FOREST HILL
I first posted this 7+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 108.87 x 184 foot lot at 50 Burton Road in Forest Hill two years ago.
It had already been listed since at least February 2011.
The asking price then was $7,500,000.
It didn't sell and the price went down a year later to $6,695,000.
When I posted in in August 2012, the price was back up to $7,500,000.
Sure, it is on a huge lot and it is a large old Forest Hill home, but considering that this place was very 80s with wall-to-wall carpeting in the dining room...
This was too high.
I thought this place would sell for high 5s...maybe low 6s.
And though I thought I saw at some point that this place had sold, it looks like it hasn't because it is on the market again with the same furniture...
For $7,195,000.
