160 Glen Cedar Road - CEDARVALE
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 40 x 120 foot lot at 160 Glen Cedar Road in Cedarvale.

So, it looks like this was a flip.
But it is a really good flip.
I'm not so sure I am loving the back of the couch being the first thing you see when you walk in the door though (perhaps they could hang the $2,000 Hermes blanket over it!), but I like everything about the rest of the house.
It isn't actually a very big house even though it sits on a 40 foot lot, but it is a comfortable house. Is that a tabloid on the living room table!?! I like these people.
And I like the finishes of the house.
I love the floor, the kitchen is great (let's hope that counter top is sealed properly because that would be a real piss off if it stained!).
There is no formal dining room, but I like that about this house.
Upstairs, the bedrooms don't seem all that big from the floor plan, and that open shoe closet in the master would drive be crazy.
But overall, this is a great house.
Thing is, I can't find the price so I am going to guess.
I wouldn't surprise me if this was listed at $1,999,000.
But the house isn't huge and there will be people who aren't into the fact that there is no dining room.
Perhaps closer to $1,899,000.
It's a great family house in a good family neighbourhood.
And it will sell fast.
