PRICE DROP #2 - 281 Delaware Avenue - DOVERCOURT PARK
When I first posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.75 x 125 foot lot at 281 Delaware Avenue in Dovercourt Park in November...
I thought it needed at $200,000 price drop.
It needed a lot of work...
And a similar semi at 445 Delaware Avenue had sold for $601,100 in April 2012.
This house was listed at $849,900.
So it wasn't a surprise when the price was dropped in July. Except they only dropped it to $839,900.
It was only a matter of time before another drop. And as of yesterday, the price has been dropped again...
To $819,900.
