This is a 3+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 20.5 x 127 foot lot with 2 laneway parking spots.
It is listed at $1,985,000.
Even though this house shows WAY better than the other flips done by the Barn Door Flippers, like the other houses, I think this is overpriced.
If the 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom semi at 469 Euclid Avenue sold for $1,675,000 a year ago...
I can't imagine this would go for $2 million.
But...
And I can't believe I am saying this...
I think this is a better house.
Only problem is that when I see everything else that is the same in these flips...
I can't unsee those barn doors!
And now that I have Googled photos of Robin Thicke and Miley Cyrus....
