That's a bit weird.
That might make it difficult to sell this place. Either it is amazing, or it's not.
And considering that the house is on a busy street, the kitchen is dated, the roof looks like it needs repair sooner than later, the doors on the second floor have condensation on them, and the house won't look the same once all this well thought out furniture is gone...
I think it might be hard to get the asking price of $749,900.
Then again, there is that income unit in the basement.
I think this will sell closer to $789,000.
