AND IT WENT FOR - 23 Macpherson Avenue - SUMMERHILL

Last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 17.92 x 120 foot lot at 23 Macpherson Avenue in Summerhill.

It was a well staged house (at least it looked staged) and which made it easy to see the potential.  Not that it wasn't a move in ready house, it was just a little tired in the kitchen and master bath.

It was listed at $1,199,900....which I thought was crazy.

I thought it would sell closer to $1,345,000...maybe more.

It sold...

For $1,523,000.
