It finally sold!
The 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 20 x 150 foot lot at 337 Cleveland Street that used to look like this...
But ended up looking like this...
Was first listed in October 2012 for $1,625,000.
At first, I thought it was more of a $1,425,000 house. But after thinking about if for a few hours, it felt more like a $1,325,000 house. It just wasn't very big.
It never sold and the price was dropped in March 2013 to $1,565,000.
It never sold and it was back on the market in July of this year.
The new asking price was $1,399,000.
It just sold half way between my 2 prices guesses...
For $1,375,000.
Looks like I should have taken an average.
