Earlier today, I posted a this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 30 x 117.25 foot lot at 61 Shannon Street south of College in Dufferin Grove.
It was a house that needed a lot of work. I thought it could be a great house with some renovations.
A few readers think it's a tear down.
It was listed at $879,000.
I thought it would sell closer to $989,000.
Turns out that it had already sold after 10 days on the market...
For $978,000.
If this is a tear down, let's just hope it isn't like the neighbour...
