PRICE DROP #4 - 224 Dovercourt Road - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
On Tuesday, I posted a price drop for the 'Romantic Mansion' at 224 Dovercourt Road in Beaconsfield Village.
It's a 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom bed and breakfast that has been listed since last October.
The asking price was $3,750,000.
Clearly, it wasn't selling for that and the price was dropped in February to $2,999,900...
Then in April to $2,695,000...
Then I posted another drop earlier this week to $2,490,000.
The best thing about that drop was that there was an open house right as I was posting it!!!
I didn't make it as I don't go to any open houses (though I was tempted with this one!)...
So, when I opened my computer this morning and saw that this house had another price drop...
AND an online walk through tour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Needless to say, I was excited.
Trust me. It's worth it.
The new price is $1,999,900.
I have no idea who would buy this.
