PRICE INCREASE - 500 Carlaw Avenue - RIVERDALE
I first posted this tri-plex at 500 Carlaw Avenue in Riverdale in February 2013.
It was listed at $689,000 and I thought it was too high.
When the price was dropped in September, I realized that it had been on and off the market for years. Here is the price history:
