RELIST/PRICE DROP - 23 Rolyat Street - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
A little over 2 years ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 98.75 foot lot at 23 Rolyat Street in Beaconsfield Village.
Though I wasn't super crazy about the Ledbury Park look of the house, it was a good house for the most part. I wasn't crazy about the stair railing (which I am over). The island not going to the floor would be a nuisance for cleaning. I thought that kitchen was IKEA. That isn't a bad thing, but at $1,599,900, people expect a custom kitchen.
At a closer look, I am pretty sure that is a custom kitchen. And with new pictures, you can see how nice the countertop is.
It never sold, and a year later the price was dropped to $1,549,000.
I didn't think the $50,000 drop was going to cut it.
And from the looks of the furniture before and the furniture in the current listing, it looks like it never sold.

Though it is a great house, when I posted it 2 years ago, I thought the house would sell closer to $1,350,000.
It is only 3 bedrooms.
Now, I think it could go for $1,450,000.
The new listing price is $1,399,000.
I think it will sell fast.
Especially if they get a backyard fence for privacy...
So the new owners don't have to look at this all day...
