I am not sure why I never posted this house.
It's a charming 3+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 135.83 foot lot at 204 Dawlish Avenue. It's on a dead end street, it has a garage, and it is done well inside.
Though some would say it is dated with the green marble and the kitchen, it works. It's making me kind of get into green marble again. The kitchen has a lot of angles, but it allows for a lot of people to be in it at one time. The family room is great, and other than the separate living room, the house has great flow.
So, I don't know why it was on the market for 71 days.
Or why they never updated the photos to show what it looks like once everything is in bloom. Here is is from Google maps...
I kind of love it.
It was listed at $1,975,000.
It took 71 days but it finally sold...
For $1,800,000.
I really hope it stays as is and doesn't become this...
