I like this house.
Actually...
It is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 40 x 120 foot lot at 9 Burnham Road in Bennington Heights.
It's not going to be for everyone, and the concrete floor is going to turn people away at the door. But I love it.
There is a lot more orange happening than I would probably go for, but it still looks amazing. Basically, I want to live here.
I'll take all the furniture too.
But I am not moving here. And with a price of $3,250,000, I am not sure anyone else is moving in either.
I guess they priced it that high because of the house at 51 Welland Avenue in Moore Park that recently sold for $3,295,000.
But though this an amazing house, a similar-ish house around the corner at 6 Evergreen Gardens sold last summer for $2,300,000.
Almost a million dollars less.
I definitely prefer this house by a long shot, and it doesn't back onto Moore Avenue so I think it will go a fair amount higher than Evergreen....
But I am thinking closer to $2,895,000.
Then again, that's what I thought Welland would sell for.
Whatever it does sell for though...
To the person that moves in....
