Before I checked out for the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend...

(Hope it was a good one for all!)

I posted this 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 34.83 x 114 foot lot at 10 Sylvan Avenue in Dufferin Grove.

It was a Toronto Community Housing property and it was listed at $1,060,000.

I thought there was no reason this wouldn't sell for $1,150,000.

It sold after 19 days on the market...

For $1,212,000.
