Last week, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 13.08 x 90 foot lot at 95 Walnut Avenue in Niagara.

It was a flip that was (press play)...

I liked it.It was listed at $929,900.

I thought it could sell for $949,000.

The day after I posted it, it sold...

For $917,500.

Guess that was good enough.
