PRICE DROP - 85 Ilford Road - HILLCREST (CLICK PHOTO TO READ MORE!)
In mid September, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house with 2 parking spaces on a 17 x 133 foot lot at 85 Ilford Road in Hillcrest/Wychwood.
It had been listed in April for $879,000 and according to a commentor, it closed in June for $1,025,000.
The new owners opened it up on the first floor and installed a new kitchen and new floors.
I really liked what they did but didn't love that they got rid of this wallpaper...
Obviously this was a flip and it was back on the market after 3 months for $1,495,000.
I didn't think the price was far off, but it was still a lot of money for a 3 bedroom house.
It never sold and the price was dropped a couple of weeks later to $1,459,000.
Two days later, a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house at 95 Ilford Avenue was on the market for $1,295,000...and is still on the market 2 weeks later.
Now, this house has had another price drop....
To $1,399,180.
