PRICE DROP - 85 Ilford Road - HILLCREST/WYCHWOOD
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 17 x 133 foot lot at 85 Ilford Road.
Though it was a good house before, with great wallpaper...
(maybe it's not for everyone but I love it)
The house was opened up with a new kitchen and floors. The listing said it was 'gutted and restored top to bottom', but the bathroom in the basement is basically the same so I am not sure it was 'gutted'.
It was listed at $1,495,000.
I didn't think the price was sooo far off considering the house across the street at 84 Ilford Road that needed a bunch of work sold for $1,205,000 in the spring.
But considering it was still only a 3 bedroom, it did seem a little high.
It hasn't sold and now the price has been dropped...
To $1,459,000.
Probably still a little high.
