In July, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 22.5 x 100 foot lot at 9 Browning Avenue.
It was a flip that used to look like this...
When it was listed in December 2013 for $989,000. It sold for $1,010,000.
After the flip, which isn't a bad one, the house was relisted at $1,495,000.
Considering that the house at 3 Browning Avenue sold for $1,228,000 in March...
This price wasn't too far fetched. But $1.5?
I thought it was a little high. I thought that this might sell closer to $1,425,000.
It never sold and the price has been dropped...
To $1,429,000.
The Pellegrino is still there...
