Considering the work it needs and the fact that there is no parking or a yard...it might not sell right away. But it is a good sized house across from the park.
If the house at 61 Montrose Avenue was able to sell for $1,070,000 (though it did have parking but it was a row house)...
I think this house will sell for $830,000.
