This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 50 x 215.6 foot lot called 'Rotherwood Cottage'.
And other than the listing and the name on the mailbox...
I can't find anything about it.
What I do know though is that it is located on a quirky street full of similar cottages and Subarus...
And it is also the street where the Hansel and Gretel house is located...
This house isn't as creepy on the inside, but it is a little creepy on the outside.
