AND IT WENT FOR - 107 Wheeler Avenue - BEACHES

Two weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 21 x 102 foot lot at 107 Wheeler Avenue in the Beaches.

It was listed 2 years ago for $689,000.  My guess was that it sold for $780,000.  According to a reader, it sold for $700,000.

Two years,  a new back patio, and apparently some work done in the basement later, it was listed at $949,000.

I thought it could sell for $1,025,000.

But it didn't have parking, and if you apply the 10% annual increase...

From the 2012 sale price, this house should have sold for $854,000 plus the work done on the back patio and basement.

It sold...

For $917,500.
