On Friday, I posted this 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom detached house on a 27 x 130 foot lot at 151 Galley Avenue in Roncesvalles.
It was basically a larger, blank slate version of the previously gross house at 145 Galley Avenue that was listed at $649,900 and sold for $803,649 in January...
That house has now been flipped and looks like this...
It is now back on the market at $1,499,999 despite not being complete.
And I don't love it. The second floor layout makes each room small and the bathroom tiny (or so it seems from the floor plans), and the kitchen layout doesn't make sense for anyone who cooks which will probably make it hard to sell at asking..
This house was listed the day after for $959,000.
I thought it would sell first and perhaps a little over ask.
It sold in 1 day...
For $1,007,500.
